The Hundreds San Francisco opened on March 20th, 2008, at 585 Post St. in the historic Union Square district.
THSF was designed by TylerSpencer, the same duo who brought you The Hundreds Los Angeles at 7909 Rosewood Ave., and conceptualized around a dramatic, timeless retail experience.
Now in its 5TH year, The Hundreds is a 2-part project that houses both a clothing line and online-magazine. Co-founded by Ben and Bobby Hundreds in 2003, both ends of The Hundreds incorporate our trademark lifestyle, attitude, and personal perspective on street subculture.

Open the doors of FRUITION and see a glimpse into the future, a vivid, palpable archive of history’s most innovative and distinct street fashions. Established in August 2005, by partners Chris Julian and Samantha Alonso, FRUITION set out to educate and uplift the street fashion community through their calculated offerings of vintage street styles for both men and women in an airy, yet playfully sophisticated environment. Constructed as an open and energetic palette, polished steel racks adorn smooth green walls and house garments like true pieces of modern day art. The intriguing dichotomy of vintage street for men and classic chic for women was developed with a sincere vision to promote originality, fuel creativity, and inspire a cultural revival within the street fashion community to reach higher levels of creative excellence. FRUITION and its distinct swagger is a physical manifestation of an educated and style driven lifestyle that has been meticulously crafted by a family of undeniably talented individuals whose strengths lie in a plethora of creative fields from music, to costuming and styling development, graphic and textile design, conceptual marketing strategy, as well as business structuring and cultivation.
Not only are the products ready to wear but they are also inspirational building blocks for a plethora of up and coming street wear and couture fashion designers that frequent the shop. Taking inspiration and creating your own special interpretation of things is encouraged and it is this mentality that makes FRUITION not only a retail space but a powerful idea factory and concept house. Costuming and styling services are readily available as well for music and video productions, editorial photo shoots and artist development.
FRUITION is constantly evolving with the climate of street fashion and our vision will continue to unfold with strategic creative projects in the future. This special space began with a dream and is the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution. We are proud to say that we have found our purpose and ignited our passion. FRUITION is more than a boutique it is a message; one of inspiration and innovation!

In 1980, Shawn Stussy was a local cult surfboard shaper who took his scrawled signature logo from his foam masterpieces and applied it to tee shirts that he sold along with his boards around Laguna Beach, California. As the clothing line expanded, it's raw and modern aesthetic soon developed into the next generation of new wave beach culture. We grew during a time when epochal shifts which eternally framed contemporary popular culture were taking place.
In the music scene, the late 70's gave us punk. Then the early 80's brought us into the new DIY music called rap. Punk broke creative and aesthetic barriers and taught us that anyone could have a band. Rap then preceded not only to push social boundaries but as well explore the ideas of remixing and sampling. These new ideas and territories created a new modern platform for fashion and cultural expression.
With Stussy's success came the opportunity to travel and spread the Stussy vibe. We hooked up with trendsetters in New York, London, Tokyo and other areas of the world. Stussy clothing was inspired by this international group of musicians, skaters, DJs and artists with similar tastes, which helped to shape the brand into an international streetwear label. Today, Stussy exists as a brand with worldwide respect and independence. With over sixty stores across the globe and a very strong tribe still in effect, Stussy is a leader in the culture which we helped start over 25 years ago.
